I worked with De La Soul on their Kickstarter campaign to fund their first album in twelve years, And The Anonymous Nobody. This album was unusual because for the first time, De La sampled their own music: "So far, we’ve got over 200 hours of tape—we’ve been recording this music for years and finally we’ve got what we need to make the best De La Soul record ever," says band member Dave Joliceur. I helped De La craft their story, strategize on their rewards and I executed a massive influencer campaign for them. We raised over $600,000, the second largest music campaign on Kickstarter ever.
