Bella's memoir, RAW, tells the story of her quest for health and happiness. Toward that end, she first adopted a 100 percent raw, vegan diet, and then obtained a masters in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica - a journey which dragged her kicking and screaming into a life of health and happiness, or "spiritual adulthood. Bella initially started her holistic health journey with a raw diet, but adapted it to a vegan one. Anxiety and a desire to heal it holistically—even before she knew what it was—is at the heart of this story, which reveals Bella's struggles to face her fears, release perfectionism, surrender things beyond her control, and find validation within for her life and work. The book is divided into three sections—body, mind, and spirit—and it begins with Bella's efforts to holistically cure herself.
